Cooking with an Accent: "Catania & Napoli"


Paola is from Napoli and claims her home city is the place to find the best Italian food. Ilaria disagrees and believes that the best Italian food is found in her home region of Sicily. For this installment of Cooking with an Accent we will be looking at two unique dishes from southern Italy that are created by using leftovers. Paola will make some frittata napoletana, while Ilaria will make arancini siciliani.
