Ciao, Ragazzi!
SXSW 2019 brought Italia to Austin, Texas.
Be Forest, also known as Costanza (bass and vocals), Nicola (guitarist) and Erica (drums) debuted their first album Cold, eight years ago, in the Spring of 2011. The trio comes from Pesaro, Italy, a small town off the Adriatic coast. While this group may come from a small town, their sound is far from. Be Forest’s melodies are, unique, ethereal, and often times hard to describe. It’s infectious and has traveled worldwide. I had the pleasure of interviewing the trio, this year, during their second time performing at SXSW.
