The summer is upon us and what better way to get ready for those hot days than learning to make easy and light Italian dishes for ourselves, friends, and family? 1 package of pre-cooked Farro (10 min cooking time)
Sliced Tomatoes of your choice
5-6 Fresh basil leaves
3 full tablespoons of Pesto sauce (homemade or store bought)
1 can of Tuna in Extra virgin olive oil
1 jar of green olives
