SERGIO CARVAJAL-LEONI
Transmedia Creator & Educator
Sergio Carvajal-Leoni is the founder of Education is Boring, an award-winning storyteller, filmmaker, educator, and researcher exploring the intersection of media, learning, and community. With more than two decades of experience across film, music, interactive media, and live experiences, his work has been featured at Tribeca, SXSW, and the Traverse City Film Festival. Sergio is also the Creative Director of Tiburon Transmedia LLC and a doctoral researcher in Adult, Professional, and Community Education at Texas State University, where his work explores new approaches to learning in an increasingly digital and media-driven world.
ROMINA OLSON
Photographer & Co-Producer
Romina Olson is a photographer, filmmaker, and creative producer with more than two decades of experience in visual storytelling. Based in Austin, Texas, she has traveled the world capturing stories across editorial, commercial, documentary, and cultural projects, with her photography featured in publications including Austin Woman. Romina is a creative partner at Tiburon Transmedia LLC and a key collaborator on Education is Boring, where she brings her experience behind and in front of the camera to help transform ideas, research, and human stories into engaging visual experiences.
ANNELLY ESTRADA
Graphic Designer
Annelly Estrada is a Venezuelan graphic designer with a career that began in 2016 and a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Graphic Design. Specialized in brand identity, UX/UI, and creative production, she has developed projects that balance strategy and aesthetics. She is the co-founder of The Croma Studio, where she blends narrative, functionality, and contemporary design to build compelling brands and digital experiences.
